• No-Call/No-Show: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
• Cancellations Within 24 Hours: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
To help ensure appointment availability and protect the time reserved for each guest, all clients are required to keep a valid card on file.
